CrossFit 808 is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reaching elite levels of fitness through constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity. Our fitness program will help you transform your body faster than anything you’ve ever experienced.

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit, our sole training method, delivers you a program that is broad, general, and inclusive. Our workouts consist of varied combinations of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Mono-structural Metabolic Conditioning (Cardio). While our workouts might not be easy, they do produce real, measurable results for all levels of fitness--from children to adults, and everything in between--because of its universal scalability. By adjusting the load of a lift, length of a workout, and/or the intensity in the workout we can help people of all different fitness levels. Yes, that means whether you are an experienced fitness buff or a retired couch potato you can benefit from CrossFit. There isn't a strength and conditioning program out there that is as efficient and effective.

To us, fitness is a way of being. Your fitness level can affect the way you walk, work, relax, eat, sleep, and play. The fitter you are the more energy and confidence you have to carry out daily tasks, like getting through your work day, playing with your children, participating in extracurricular activities, cleaning, cooking, and even traveling. People that are fitter seem to have a more optimistic view of life.

At CrossFit 808, we want to improve your fitness level and help you feel healthier, stronger, younger, and better. Because, for us, fitness allows you to do more and live better.

If you’re wondering--who should join?
Well, we do not care if you’re 14, 26, 43, or 75! It doesn’t matter if you are male or female, tall or short, big or small! We don’t care if you have a mustache or beard, long hair or short hair! As you can see from the pictures in our blog, our members come from all types of demographics.
